General Questions

Absolutely. Everything we use is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and safe for kids, adults, pets, and grass. Our solutions are designed specifically for large events and outdoor play.
Yes — large events are our specialty. Hilltop Foam Parties regularly serves schools, HOAs, churches, city festivals, corporate gatherings, and events with several hundred to several thousand guests. For multi-unit foam, bubbles, or snow setups, contact us early to secure your date.
Absolutely — our events are a hit with both kids and adults. We get booked for adults only events, college events, neighborhoods, and more. In fact, even for our “kids” events, we can hardly think of any where at least one parent, teacher, counselor, or adult of some sort didn’t join in on the fun.
Of course! We take our business and safety very seriously. We have our business licenses and insurance as we believe in doing things the right way.
Yes — we book seven days a week.

Foam Party Questions

Yes, the foam is made of water and bubbles, so guests will get wet. The foam evaporates quickly in warm weather, but guests will be wet to the equivalent of playing in a sprinkler if they are entirely in the foam.

We use professional-grade foam cannons to blast out mountains of clean, fluffy foam that builds into a giant play area. Music, photos, games, and high-energy fun are all part of the experience.

Turf, concrete, asphalt, and grass are most commonly used. Anywhere that allows for some type of drainage and isn’t overly slippery works great.
One of the best parts about having a foam party is the lack of cleanup required. The foam dissipates on its own a short time after the party (the warmer the weather the faster the dissolution).
Not typically, but it very much depends on the surface type. If the surface you’re thinking of is slippery when it rains lightly, then it will probably be slippery with foam and vice versa. Standard concrete, asphalt, and grass are the most common places people request foam parties. Wearing shoes with traction is recommended.

Glow Foam Questions

Glow Foam uses UV-reactive foam and high-powered blacklights that make the foam glow neon at night. It’s one of our most popular after-dark experiences and is a must see experience to truly understand how fun they are.
Glow Foam is best after sunset for the full glow effect and event experience. For larger events, we often times start a little before sunset. This allows for younger guests to have fun before it’s fully dark and allows others to see the transition of slightly glowing as it gets darker to full glowing.

Bubble & Glow Bubble Questions

Massive output bubble machines, high-quality bubble solution, hands-on bubble stations, music, and a party host. Bubble Parties are perfect for daytime events of all sizes and for all weather.
Yes — non-toxic and biodegradable.
We typically wouldn’t recommend most of our services indoors aside from certain exceptions. However, bubbles are great year round since guests don’t get wet the same way they do with foam parties.

Glow Bubbles use UV-reactive bubble solution, LED bubble machines, blacklights, and oversized bubble wands to create massive glowing bubbles guests can create and interact with by hand. See more on our Glow Bubble Party page.

Snow Experience Questions

Yes — our machines work in hot weather and cold weather.
We use professional snow machines to create realistic falling snow for winter events, tree lightings, festivals, and photos.
Yes — it’s non-toxic and safe for all ages, landscaping, and pets.
It can build up slightly if the snowflake size is turned up high, but we typically run it lower for the best “falling snow” effect. It evaporates cleanly and does not create slippery piles when used properly.

Machine Rental Questions

Foam Machine Rentals, Bubble Machine Rentals, Snow Machine Rentals

Approximately 2 hours with recommended use. However, many factors may change the actual length of time. Additional solution/fluid is available.

All rentals include:

• The machine (Foam, Bubble, or Snow)

• 90 minutes to 2 hours of solution/fluid, depending on use

• Power cords and accessories

• Full-day rental

Yes — setup typically takes 5–10 minutes and no experience is needed.

Yes — pickup is free. Delivery is available for a small fee depending on your location.

Booking & Event Logistics

Weekends tend to book fast, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. All bookings are on a first come, first served basis.

Yes. We specialize in large-scale events for schools, HOAs, festivals, church events, and corporate gatherings. We regularly serve crowds from 100 to several thousand.
Yes — especially for larger events. We have done lots of events for universities, festivals, and other events well outside of our standard service area as a result of our reputation. A travel fee may apply depending on distance.
Yes — many clients combine multiple experiences, especially for school field days, HOA events, and festivals.

We can adjust most any service to fit your area. However, typical recommendations are:

Foam Parties: 30×30 ft

Glow Foam: similar space, ideally darker

Bubble Parties: any open area

Glow Bubbles: darker outdoor areas

Snow Events: any open area

Weather & Policies

Foam and bubbles can operate in light rain no problem, but for safety reasons, we may reschedule in cases of severe weather or thunderstorms. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
